Brady’s identified a niche in the market for a cold brew coffee product. Building on their knowledge and experience of producing Brady’s coffee (their coffee is available Nationwide), they established a manufacturing facility for cold brew in their roastery in Co Wicklow. Bare Nitro Cold Brew coffee launched in July 2021 in a bag-in-box system and their coldbrew can will be released shortly.
As a coffee roasting company stepping into the RTD market we needed expert guidance and advice for marketing and setting up our manufacturing facility. Working with the Food Works Team at an early stage of our project, gave us an extremely valuable map of how and where our product would sit in this competitive and complex market and we believe the assistance of Food Works has allowed us to avoid time consuming expensive mistakes and create a fast growth strategy.
